Trust Deeds – For Scottish Residents

A Trust Deed is an affordable solution for people who debts are out of control and is an alternative to bankruptcy (or sequestration). It is ONLY available in Scotland. The Trust Deed lasts for a specified period which is normally 3 years.

Designed to enable those who cannot repay their personal debts, with the aid of a licensed Insolvency Practitioner (The Trustee) a formal agreement between the debtor and the creditors is administered which is based on what the debtor can realistically afford.
